Cancellation Policy

 

At It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you and cannot be filled on short notice.

 

 Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

- All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the full service amount being charged.

- Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will be considered a no call, no show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

- After two no call, no show occurrences, the client will be blocked from booking future appointment through our online booking system.

- If a client books an appointment using a credit or debit card with insufficient funds, and then cancels late or fails to show for the appointment, the client will be permanently blocked from online booking.

- Permanently blocked clients may only book future appointments by **prepaying in cash, in full, prior to the appointment**, subject to availability.

 

 Late Arrivals

 

- Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to avoid impacting other clients.

- The full service fee will still apply regardless of shortened treatment time.

 

 Acknowledgment

 

By booking an appointment with It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

 

This policy protects reserved appointment time, prevents misuse of the booking system, and ensures fair access to services for all clients.

All Sales Are Final Policy

 

All sales at It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC are final. By completing a purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Services

 

- All spa services, treatments, and service packages are non-refundable once rendered.

- Prepaid services and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

- Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the spa’s cancellation policy and are not eligible for refunds.

- Results vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes from treatments.

 

Retail Products

 

- All skincare products, body care products, and retail items are final sale.

- Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Unopened products may be exchanged only in the event of a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase required.

- Product reactions may occur due to individual sensitivities; patch testing is the client’s responsibility.

 

 Gift Cards and Promotions

 

- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Promotional offers, discounts, and specials are final sale and cannot be adjusted after purchase.

- Complimentary or promotional services have no cash value.

 

 Chargebacks and Disputes

 

- Any attempt to dispute a charge after services have been rendered or products have been received violates this policy.

- Clients are encouraged to contact the spa directly to address concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

 

 Acknowledgment

 

By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or buying a gift card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this All Sales Are Final Policy.

Transfer Policy

At It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC, we value our clients and strive to provide a fair and transparent experience for all package purchases. Please review our policy regarding the transfer of service packages.

 

1. Non-Transferability of Rendered Services  

Once any portion of a service package has been used or rendered, the package becomes **non-transferable**. This means that the remaining services within the package cannot be assigned, gifted, or transferred to another client.

2. Transfer of Unused Packages  

Packages that are **completely unused** may be transferred to another individual. The transfer must be requested in writing by the original purchaser and approved by management before any appointment is scheduled under the new client’s name.

 

3. Verification Process

To complete a transfer of an unused package:  

- The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase.  

- The receiving client must complete a new client intake form.  

- Both parties must sign the transfer authorization form provided by the spa.  

 

4. No Cash Value or Refunds 

Transferred or partially used packages hold **no cash value** and are **non-refundable**. All sales are final once the package purchase is completed.

 

5. Management Discretion

It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC reserves the right to review and approve all transfer requests to ensure compliance with this policy.

Package Expiration Policy

At It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC, we want every client to fully enjoy their wellness experience and make the most of their purchased packages. To ensure fairness and scheduling availability, please review our package expiration policy below.

 

1. Package Validity Period  

All spa packages must be used within 12 months from the original purchase date. The 12-month period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of the first service.

2. Expired Packages

Any unused treatments or remaining services after the 12-month period will be forfeited. Expired services cannot be redeemed, extended, or reinstated.

3. Non-Refundable Policy  

All package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, packages cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

4. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and complete all treatments within the 12-month validity period. We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to ensure preferred dates and times.

5. Management Discretion

It’s A Garden Life Wellness & Spa, LLC reserves the right to make exceptions only in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, with proper documentation and management approval.
