1. Stay Hydrated

The first step to maintaining healthy skin is to drink plenty of water. Hydration helps to keep your skin plump and reduces dryness caused by heat. Aim for at least eight glasses of water per day, and consider adding hydrating foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and oranges to your diet.
